These are exactly the services we provide to our growing number of satisfied customers who already enjoy the luxury and peace of mind of having somebody checking on their property regularly, preparing it for their arrival and managing their rentals down to the last detail.

Apart from the two management packages we can also offer you and your guests a wide range of additional services so all everyone needs to do is sit back and enjoy the Spanish sunshine!

Property Management Package

(for owners who do not rent out their property or take care of rentals themselves):

€300/ year Includes:

• Keyholding (keys will not be given out to anyone without a verbal or written permission from the owner and all movements will be logged)
• Meet & greet for owners, preparing the property before their arrival (turning on appliances, cleaning outside patios)
• Weekly checks when property is not occupied (inc. airing property, running taps/flushing toilets, checking utilities, emptying post box, watering plants)
• Reports to owners once a month or if necessary
• Minor repairs
• Getting quotes for more serious repairs or home improvement
• Point of contact for guests
  

Rental Management Package

€500/year + 15% of bookings handled by us

Includes:

• Property Management Package plus:
• Advertising the property on five selected websites regularly featuring on top search engines like Google and MSN to maximize exposure (including setup)
• Managing rentals from start to finish: answering enquiries, taking bookings, arranging payments, checking guests in and out, providing holiday information pack, point of contact in emergencies etc.

Meet & greet only:

Callouts (tradesmen, delivery etc):

Welcome Packs:

• Standard:
  25€ (bread, butter, bacon, eggs, jam, cakes, water, milk, juice, tea, coffee, beer and wine)
• Luxury:
  (e.g. champagne, fruit, smoked salmon) available on request

Airport Transfers (Alicante or Murcia):

• 1 - 4 people: 40€ one-way
• 4+ people: 60€ one-way

Baby Equipment Hire:

• Travel cot: 18 euros/week inc. bedding
• Wooden cot: 25 euros/week inc. bedding
• Highchair: 10 euros/week
