The apartment is overlooking the inner yard of the private 4 storey apartment building and the communal pool. The south-west facing balcony is ideal to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun! There is also a roof top solarium for extra sunbathing rays!

The apartment has air-conditioning / heating, satellite TV with British Channels, and the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. (Microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine)

All linen and bath towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels!) The centre of Torrevieja is an easy 15 minute walk along the seafront promenade.

2 double bedrooms and sofa-bed in lounge, can sleep up to 5 people.
